What this website collects, and why.
Plainly: very little. This notice describes what the website does; it is not a substitute for a full privacy policy.
This website is operated by the organisation that operates this installation of Tavuni, which is responsible for the information described here.
No trackers, no advertising cookies
The website pages load no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts and set no cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website, so no third party is contacted when you read it.
The contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, we store exactly what you type: your name, email address, company and role if you give them, the topic, your message, the page you sent it from and the time it arrived. We do not store your IP address or browser details with it. We use it only to reply to you. It is readable only by the operator of this installation, not through any public interface.
The live demonstration
The demonstration at /try reads the example workbook — or a workbook you choose — inside your browser. The file is not uploaded, and nothing from it is sent to any AI service.
Signing in
If you create an account, the product stores your name, email address and a password hash. While you are signed in, your session token is kept in your browser’s session storage and is removed when you close the tab.
How long it is kept
No retention period has been set yet, and nothing deletes enquiries automatically: until a period is set and published here, an enquiry is kept until it is deleted on request.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have an enquiry deleted, use the contact form and say so. The operator can delete a single enquiry; the deletion is recorded in the operator’s log.
